Our backcountry lodge overlooks a calm steady on scenic Victoria River. Here, our favorite thing to do is kick up our feet after a day in the field, get to know our clients, and enjoy some delicious meals prepared by our cook. At the end of the evening, you can head over to your private or semi-private cabin for a good night’s rest. You will need it for the day ahead!

There are two options to get to the island of Newfoundland – driving or flying. Driving is a great experience, with beautiful country along the way. You will need to cross the Gulf of St. Lawrence by Ferry before driving into the interior. Arriving by air, we will help you arrange ground transport (if needed) which will take you on the scenic route through central Newfoundland. Either way, when you arrive at the lodge, our staff, guides, and a home-cooked meal will be waiting.
