image
Newfoundland is the most easterly point in North America and is the closest to Europe. There are several ways to get to Newfoundland, all depending on how you would like to travel. Below is some information on how to get here.

Air Travel :

If flying to Newfoundland you would fly into Gander International Airport. Upon your arrival in Gander we will meet you at the airport if possible on Saturday evening otherwise it's a short taxi ride to the Hotel. The next day you will leave Gander (Sunday) and drive 4 hours to Victoria Lodge (2 hours on black-top pavement and 2 hours on gravel road). After your 6 day hunt you will then return to Gander the following Sunday for departure on and evening flight or early Monday morning.

Airlines fly from most US cities with a connecting flight to Gander, Newfoundland, some may fly directly to Gander. When flying from Europe there is a direct flight with Air Canada from Heathrow Airport, London U.K landing in St. John's, Newfoundland with a connecting flight to Gander. How to contact the connecting airlines / travel agencies is listed below.

You will clear Canada Customs in New Brunswick and continue on the Trans Canada Highway (TCH) to North Sydney, Nova Scotia.
